At Mattress Outlet, we partner with a trusted national carrier to ensure swift and efficient deliveries across the United Kingdom. Deliveries are scheduled between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm.

Delivery Scheduling

• Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a message with a link to select a convenient delivery day.

• Alternatively, you can contact us after placing your order, and we will manually arrange a delivery date.

• Please note, delivery dates are subject to availability and depend on your location.

Delivery Notifications

• The day before delivery, you will receive a notification via text or eBay message with an estimated delivery time. While delivery times cannot be customised, they are determined by courier routes. Please note, delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

• Any changes to delivery must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled date.

Delivery Service

• Deliveries are made to the communal door of your property. Couriers are not authorised to carry items further.

• Upon accepting your order, you confirm it has been received in good condition.

Additional Delivery Options

• Saturday Deliveries: Available in selected areas for £9.95. Payment can be made via PayPal when choosing your delivery date or by contacting us.

Delivery Restrictions

• Free delivery is available to Mainland UK only. The following postcodes are excluded: AB, DD, DG, FK, TD, TR, PA, PH, IV, KW, KY.

• Customers in the above areas should contact us before purchasing to request a delivery quote.

• We do not deliver to off-shore islands, including Northern Ireland, Jersey, Channel Islands, and similar locations.

Damage and Insurance

For peace of mind, all items are fully insured during transit. In the rare event of damage, your item will be exchanged free of charge.

  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is provided.

  3. Non-Returnable Items

  The following products are non-returnable:

  • Mattresses and bedding that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition due to hygiene reasons.
  • Custom-made or personalized mattresses.
  • Clearance, "as-is," or final sale items explicitly marked as non-refundable.

  4. Mattress Sleep Trial

  Some products may include a sleep trial period, as stated in their product details. The following terms apply to trial-eligible items:

  • Mattresses must be used with a suitable mattress protector from delivery.
  • Only one exchange or return per household during the sleep trial is permitted.
  • Mattresses with stains, tears, or other signs of misuse are excluded from the sleep trial guarantee.
  • Any refunds for returned trial items will exclude an administrative and collection fee, disclosed during purchase.

  5. Faulty or Damaged Items

  If you receive a damaged or faulty mattress, we will repair, replace, or refund it, as required under UK consumer law. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue.

  • Normal wear and tear, including minor cosmetic issues, are not considered faults.
  • Claims for faults must comply with our warranty terms, where applicable.

  6. Refund Process

  • Refunds will only be processed once the mattress has been inspected upon return.
  • If eligible, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of return confirmation.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable, except where items are returned due to a verified fault or error on our part.
